BAKERSFIELD SURGICAL ASSOCIATES was founded in 2000 by  Dr. Hormuz Irani – general surgeon/ bariatric surgeon/ oncologic surgeon.  Since then it has grown to include Dr. Nirav Naik a general surgeon/ bariatric surgeon/ vascular surgeon & Dr. John Garcia also a general surgeon & bariatric surgeon. 

Our P.A. is Kristin Scott, who specializes in general medicine and general surgery with surgical assisting privileges.
